I am a Singaporean, serving in the Anglican Church in Canada. Currently, I am residing in Toronto.
Previously, I have served in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Besides English and Mandarin, I also speak Hokkian and Cantonese, as well as Thai, Malay and Indonesian.
I used to be an officer in the Navy. I organised numerous operational projects.
I also spend some years with CISCO Police as Officer Commanding, leading over 450 armed officers in ensuring the lives and properties of our clients.
In so far, I have managed numerous crowd-control projects at national levels, various functions (over 100K crowds) as well as ensured the smooth operation of the Singapore Turf Club.
While in the CISCO, I spearhead the change in command structures for better management and accountability of personnel.
My last job before serving in the church was running a Japanese Security company as a GM. Besides answering to the profit and losses of the company, I also revamped the entire pay system, to ensure workers are appropriately rewarded according to their knowledge, seniority and amount of work put in.
