- Filling reports, schedule, and other staff related to facilities service.
- Organize file for new applicant.
- Facilitate issues regarding work to all employees including foreign worker's concern.
- Implement the work and safety procedure and other Occupational Safety Programs of Dexterra
- Check all Proper Protective Equipment and Safety Measure around site.
- Creates Spread Sheet for Reports needed by the Manager to Present Clients

- Promoting and ensuring the good reputation of the airport

- Monitoring cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedure.
- Maintains positive relationship with client through daily contact to discuss; areas of concern, report on deficiencies and obtain any new assignments. Organizes and attends regular meetings with Client and upper management.
- Develops and manages preventative maintenance program for all on-site equipment. Process Equipment and supplies ordres and maintains adéquates inventories.
- Periodically reviews efficiencies of operations and assists Operations Manager in improving and upgrading standards, work schedules, etc.
- Ensures ongoing ISO compliance Responsible for orientation and training of personnel. Maintains attendance records for all personnel. Regularly holds meetings with employees to review performance, attendance and health and safety issues, etc. Administers appropriate corrective disciplinary action when necessary. Identify and resolve problems on site and informs or involves the District Manager as necessary.
- Documents all complaints and follows up to ensure there is a resolution. Performs other assigned duties as needed or directed by the District Manage
- Detail cleaning all public washroom located in the airport.
- Remove all garbage bags from cleaners' cart and place them in designated area for transport to garbage bin or compactor.
- Damp mops small area hard surface floors
- Restock single unit dispenser containing soap, towel, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins.
- All other duties are assigned.
- Cross training in Customer Service.
- Able to operate Heavy duty cleaning equipment such as (T-16, T-3, T-7)
- Able to operate Escalator cleaning machine.
- Able to do stripping, waxing and carpet cleaning.
- Have Airside Vehicle Operators license – AVOP.
- Knowledge in handyman job.

A High Lift Driver is responsible for loading galley equipment onto a truck, driving the truck to various types of aircraft and loading the equipment. All activities must be accomplished according to customer guidelines and while adhering to safety regulations. The Driver interacts with the airline representatives at the aircraft, therefore, must be customer service oriented.
