Hello! My name is Melissa and I'm currently 18 years old. I'm passionate about learning and growing as a person, and in many things. Some of the things I love to do in my free time is watch documentaries and learn more. I love everything related to true crime, animals, science, and more. I also love helping people and supporting others. I think I'm good at reading people and their behaviors, needs, and wants which has helped me a lot while working in customer service.
I previously worked in a family restaurant and at Best Buy. Some of the things I did at Best Buy were process returns, work as a cashier, count all the cash in the tills and follow protocol, suggest products and listen to any complaints or feedback. I used different types of payment/cashier systems and online shipping systems too.
I graduated high school in 2022 and I'm currently enrolled in Langara College. I'm working towards getting a diploma in business management, and possibly a bachelor's in business administration.
