I have 8 years experience working in kitchens. Some of those years were spent in fine dining, and catering for large groups of 7 course meals. I have worked in small kitchens and big ones. I enjoy every aspect of the job!
I graduated High School in 2013, and a transition program at CNA in 2016. My culinary education has all come from experience.
