Michelle DeForest

I am a registered nurse with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Health administration degrees. I seek to embody a respected and trustworthy relationship with those I care for and my nursing community.

As a registered nurse, I have worked in medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac step-down, and intensive care units. Within those units I have served as a charge nurse, rapid response team member, and code team member. I have also become very proficient in EKG interpretations by working along side the house cardiologists and telemetry technicians.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 and my Bachelor of Science in Health Administration in 2011. I have also completed a graduate level certificate program in Health Informatics.
