Michelle Potts

I am passionate about mental health , addiction medicine and reviewing up to date journals about psychology. I am constantly seeking out new evidence in the field of psychotherapy. I enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams to help a client from a holistic approach.

I use a trauma informed lens , with the therapeutic modalities of CBT , DBT, EFT, narrative, attachment and play therapy.

I enjoy working with complex individuals and families with concurrent disorders. I am constantly learning from these unique dynamics, and in awe of the resiliency , the perseverance and determination within this demographic.

My interests include volleyball , soccer, hiking and eventually being able to snowboard. My goals are to make a life worth living , which includes giving back to those who need a bit of support.

I adore my relationships with my family and friends. I make time to balance my personal life and professional responsibilities to assure my own mental health is doing well.
