Miguel Rodrigues

I am currently a senior student at Agincourt Collegiate Institute. Having a business focus is critical for my success, so while my main subject and career of interest is law, my current goal is to get in a business undergraduate. The BBA program covers a wide range of subjects that will provide the skills that will give me a solid foundation in business which is why I aspire to get into that program as I graduate from high school.

I have experience with working part-time at a small business, continuing to volunteer as a part of being involved in my community, and I have had the privilege of working in a law firm as part of a coop opportunity. In the summer I plan to work part time as a paid intern at my former coop job placement. Ideally I want a career where having the knowledge of both law and business can make me succeed.

In my spare time outside of work I like to watch anime and read manga, I have reviewed several such pieces of media and have a list of them. I also have a huge interest in music listening to several genres out there. In terms of sports I play badminton, table tennis, golf, and volleyball. Additionally I am an intermediate trumpet player who takes private lessons and performs in concerts inside and outside of school.
