I have over 30 years experience in residential and commercial renovation. For the past 10 years I have worked as a general contractor for the above listed company that owned multiple properties with both residential and commercial units in Montreal. My tasks were varied and included demolition, excavation, int/ext cement, drywall/plaster, flooring, tile setting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC applications, finish carpentry and exterior/interior painting.

I possess an extensive tool inventory which includes: jackhammer, various pneumatic tools, commercial Grayco paint sprayer, full range of power saws, full range of various ladders up to 32 ft., ceramic and cement tools. My experience and knowledge over the years enables me to troubleshoot issues within a unit and provide the appropriate solutions. My duties included seasonal and daily preventative maintenance in apartments and commercial spaces.

My responsibilities included project management i.e. material estimation and timeline management from inception to completion. I am able to co-ordinate with other professionals and services as needed. I am self-motivated and extremely well organized on the job site.

I am able to work independently or within a team dynamic. I have completed work in vacant units but have also had to accommodate sites that were occupied by tenants and I was complimented frequently on my organized work sites and my supportive communication with clients.
