Mina Kovacevic

Hello! My name is Mina, I am 23 years old and I have always been someone with a desire to travel and experience new things. I completed my Bachelors degree in Engineering Science, specifically Software Engineering, at Western University in London, Canada. I have previous experience in Frontend Development and UX design when I worked in a startup for a year and a half called ClassRT and I am also currently taking a UX Design course. Aside from that, I really love to do anything related to travel including customer service and public relations sort of jobs. I love talking to people and helping them out so any job where I can do that I am happy.

Lift Operator at Red Mountain Resort

• Interacting with and greeting customers as they arrive to the mountain and to the lift ▪ Providing exceptional customer service when responding to customer questions and queries as well as dealing with any issues in a professional manner
• Ensuring safety of customers by paying absolute attention to loading/unloading on the chairlift
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude throughout the whole day despite weather conditions or other outside factors

• Implemented responsive UI and UX website page designs through React JS while optimizing for cross-browser and multi-platform compatibility
• Collaborated with team members in a fast-paced Agile working environment to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively
• Maintained and enhanced code to ensure website was running without errors or bugs
• Had opportunities to work in back end along with running tests to debug
