- Will train and employees in the areas of safety,environmental,GMP’s and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure timely,accurate records are maintained.
- Follow good manufacturing practices.
- Assist in driving continuous improvement in the packaging area.
- Measure and report equipment settings.
- Check and record bag weights,bag seals and codes every half hour and input into computer.
- Fill box-makers with fiber and Change rolls of poly.
- Clean-up/shut down duties:including deep cleaning on specific lines,sweeping,air hosing,chemical use,high pressure hosing.
- During clean up have to lock out tag out to all Transwrape and other machinery parts.

- To operate forklift to lift up and down the steel bins with full of fries and patties.
- To manage all bins in Product Tracking Record Sheets.
- End of the shift have to fill up Freezer Bag Off Bin Inventory Sheets.
- To given pallet to the person who perform rework at the transwrape line.
- At clean up to lock out tag out for the all necessary area of machinery equipment.
- At clean up day to scrap all the belts of fries and patties and wash out all steel bins.

- To operate Van unloader machine to unload the potatoes from the truck.
- To give direction the truck its final position over the machine which is using unload it.
- Set the conveyor on the bay.
- Cleaning all the area which are below the conveyor,on the floor and as bay as well.
- To measure tuber temperature and fill up the receipt.
- Take sample of bucket with potatoes and given it to the lab.
