I'm a student at the University of Waterloo planning to work in security part-time in hopes of building my career and experience.
I am currently a second-year Environment and Business student at the University of Waterloo. I have gained practical experience in digital marketing through my roles at RideAlike Toronto and the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. At RideAlike, I created and executed digital marketing campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and improved customer engagement. Additionally, I managed the CRM system at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, segmenting the CRM base to support tailored marketing strategies.
I have experience working with CRM software, including Close CRM. Furthermore, I have owned and operated a detailing business named Spiffy Detailing, which has provided me with valuable insights into customer service and business operations.
I am passionate about marketing and have developed strong skills in content creation, campaign management, and effective CRM strategies. My academic background, combined with my practical experience, positions me well for roles in marketing and business development.
