I am having 27 yrs. of hospitality experience and have worked at various positions with lot of Pre-opening exposure in Hotels & Conventions, Fine Dining Restaurants, Cruise ship, Flight catering, Commissary Kitchen, Food factory, QSR, etc.
I have been associated with renowned brands- (Hyatt, Marriott, Novotel, Radisson) and I am very instrumental in handling busy operations and large teams.
I have also developed new Concepts from scratch and expanded then successful into Franchise model .
I have done my 3 years of Hotel Management course and i am a certified Trainer .
I am HACCP certified and also have a Food Handler & Smart Serve Certification.
