▪ Developed and maintained data pipelines for the GENCOV Covid-19 Research Project Initiative to generate analyses on ancestry, common disease risks, pharmacogenomics, and HLA regions of interest for 1500 Covid-19 patients.
▪ Designed file system and implemented automated report generation, compiling clinically significant variants and genomic analyses results.
▪ Managed group High-Performance Computing (HPC) cluster with over 250 TB of storage, coordinating data transfers from third-party vendors and processing data archival in HPSS.
▪ Acted as liaison to facilitate conversations between clinicians and technical collaborators for solutions on managing the projected growth of Canadian genome data, focusing on building domestic data infrastructure, and addressing the challenges of data redundancy, authentication, authorization to propose an interoperable distributed network for 2023 CFI Grant
