Monique Moraes Uema

My name is Monique Moraes Uema, living in Canada since 2016, born and raised in Brazil. I have a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in geology. Currently working as core logging geologist in British Columbia, and I also have experience working in a research laboratory due to my Bioscience Reskilling Program Diploma and my 8 months experience working in a laboratory as a Lab assistant.

• Core logging detailed description and sampling.
• Assisting with tracking drilling progress on a daily basis as needed. 
• Logging of definition and exploration diamond drill core into the computer data handling system.
• Assisting in core box handling and movement.
• Verifying proper geoteching of core and mitigating errors in situ.
