I have an honours degree in Environmental Resource Sciences and have over 10 years of experience in Canadian mining & civil environmental roles. My Canadian mine and civil governance and management experience with environmental operations include maintaining adherence to company and federal regulations, developing environmental training programs, spearheading environmental audits, providing advice and support regarding regulatory compliance, implementing environmental sampling programs and reducing facility environmental footprints.

In those management roles I have gained experience in leadership capacities such as mentoring teams of employees, contractors and co-op students in a variety of locations. I also have experience managing internal databases, tracking KPI’s to ensure environmental compliance and pollution reduction initiatives. I believe I have benefited from working in a number of remote locations that have allowed accelerated learning and leverage of my problem solving and communication skills to excel in my roles.
Honours degree in environmental resource sciences with a minor in conservation biology.
