I am a motivated and skilled individual with a passion for both customer service and web development. With over several years of experience in customer service, I have developed my communication and problem-solving skills, allowing me to effectively assist and satisfy customer needs. Recently, I have completed a Front-End Web Development immersive program, where I have acquired the technical knowledge and hands-on experience to build dynamic, user-friendly websites.

I started working as a Python Instructor for a company called Douglas Academy. Where I would translate complex code to children from different age groups. I then transitioned to a customer facing role as a Customer Service Representative at Rogers Communications. My responsibility, was to handle incoming calls, problem solve and offer a tailored solution in a timely manner.
I have just completed my Front-End Web Development immersive program at Juno College. During my time at Juno, I have developed several skills such as, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Git, GitHub, BootStrap 3 and Firebase.
