At the moment I am doing contracting in embedded software and at the same time work has a fractual adviser/cto for early stage IoT startup companies.
I’m an entrepreneurial technology leader with 15+ years of experience in IoT, SaaS, and embedded systems, combining deep engineering expertise with strong business and commercialization skills. I began my technical foundation with an Engineering degree from the University of Hull and a Telecommunications diploma from BCIT, and over the years I’ve built a career that spans product development, advisory work, and scaling technology ventures.
I founded and grew Myanmar Tracker into a national telematics provider, deploying thousands of units across enterprise fleets and delivering 30% year-over-year growth. After a successful exit to a Singapore-listed company, I remained on the board as an advisor, guiding product strategy, customer retention, and expansion of reseller networks.
In leadership and advisory roles, I’ve helped companies design connected products, optimize architectures, reduce operating costs, and bring IoT solutions to market. My work with Green Spirit includes designing hardware architectures, reducing connectivity costs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving commercialization of Bluetooth-enabled devices.
On the engineering side, I have delivered embedded systems solutions for clients such as Novax and Damon Motorcycles — building drivers, communication protocols, multicore architectures, Bluetooth ignition systems, and bootloaders. My technical background spans ARM processors, Nordic BLE, TI Sub-GHz, NXP platforms, embedded C, RTOS work, diagnostics modules, and hardware-software integration.
What ties my experience together is my ability to bridge business and technology: taking an idea from concept to prototype to commercial deployment. I excel at breaking down complex problems, crafting practical solutions for customers, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and aligning engineering decisions with real commercial outcomes.
