I am a psychology student graduate who strives to give back to the community. I have devoted four years of community service to diverse groups through organizations and college and university volunteer work. What I believe was most valuable in my experiences was getting to know different people with different perspectives and facing different societal challenges. Combined with my Psychology degree, this has greatly influenced my beliefs and outlook. Volunteering and working with passionate individuals are some of the many things that will positively impact any environment where I bring my future work and volunteer involvement.
I hope to be exposed to more exciting opportunities and learn more new perspectives to bring with me in my future endeavors. I want to fulfill my ultimate goal of having a significant and positive footprint on many communities and organizations.
I had the chance to fully develop my customer service skills in my recent position as an administrative assistant, where I took care of more than 80 client inquiries through phone, email, and in person. Part of this client interaction is sending them to the appropriate department where their concerns are handled appropriately. On top of this, I grabbed the opportunity to learn trucking logistics, where I worked with 60+ truck drivers daily and organized their entry and exit paperwork.
