TESOL/ESL Teacher and Brand Manager
Send a job offer directly to this candidate
I would like to start off by introducing the fact that I am an international school teacher, the parent of international children, and a third culture kid myself. Although I have lived most of my life as an expat, I am a Canadian national and I will be relocating to Canada in July 2023.
Most of my work experience, whether it be in education or in management, has centered around the needs of international students and adults. From my college days at Cornell University when I volunteered to organize the International Student Coffee Mornings and Meet-ups, up until my last employment as an English teacher at the Swiss School in Singapore, I have held both professional positions as well as volunteer positions that cater to the needs of non-English speakers, enrolled international students, and foreign clients or patients.
I also have experience in brand management and tertiary education institutions which has given depth to the knowledge I have about cross-cultural and language challenges.
I am looking for a position in an educational institution that will allow me to expand on the experience I already hold. I believe my 49 years of international experience and my ability to relate to students of all ages represents an asset for this particular position.
I currently reside in Singapore but am available for an interview at your convenience.
Best regards,
