§ Performed Quality Control related tasks or special projects as assigned.
§ Flex Between the shipping dock, receiving dock and production to assist Quality Control
Inspection Supervisor with Quality issues and/or inspections.
§ Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
§ Assist the Quality Control Inspection Supervisor by flexing between the shipping dock,
receiving dock, and production for quality issues and inspections.
§ Monitor production processes to identify any deviations or abnormalities that could impact product quality.
§ Implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production process.
§ Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
§ Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent quality defects and non-
conformities.
§ Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures.
§ Train production staff on quality control techniques, procedures, and best practices to enhance their understanding and adherence to quality standards.

deviations and summary reports.
