I am Namrata Gawali, graduated in computer science and engineering from Government Engineering College, Aurangabad,India.
I worked as a System Administrator in Tata Consultancy Services for 3 years 8 Months and as a Senior Support Analyst in Accenture for one year.
As a support Engineer, I need to respond to the incidents like issue in the server, connectivity issue,cluster issue etc, change requests like Cluster creation, Patching,Server setup,Disk replacement etc and service requests like user /group creation permission management in active directory, verify group polcies etc created in the ticketing tool ex ServiveNow.
I worked as a System Administrator in Tata Consultancy, Services,Thane India for 3 years 8 Months.
After that I joined Accenture as a Senior support analyst for 1year.
I have completed my graduation in computer science and engineering from Government Engineering College, Aurangabad, India.
