I hold an MBA in Business Organization from the University of Mexico Valley and have over nine years of comprehensive experience in the quality field in both Mexico and Canada.

Throughout my career, I have built a strong foundation in Quality, Productivity and Customer Service. I have undergone extensive training, including Internal Auditor certifications for IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 and I have successfully conducted internal and external audits to meet customer requirements. My expertise extends to problem-solving with different tools (8D Analysis) and ensuring compliance with established quality standards and cost objectives.

Most recently, I completed my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification at the University of Windsor, further enhancing my ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results.
