Nanda Kishore Daggupati

I am currently working as a Project Lead at a Boston-based healthcare start-up called Odessa Health. My current project involves designing and launching a training program for teachers to address teacher and student mental health outcomes. As a recent graduate of the M.Ed. program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, I am interested in applying my knowledge from a policy analysis lens to foster classroom design necessary for a 21st century classroom.

In addition to my academic training in this space, I have also successfully led a large-scale government partnership project in South India where I designed and implemented a new approach to improving long-term retention for middle-school math curriculum.

I have also worked as a Management Consultant with PwC Canada as part of the HR Transformation practice. With my project experience in change management, target operating model design, org structure redesign, and white-paper research, I have gained a strong understanding of the consulting landscape. In my next role, I am excited to marry my experience in consulting and project management with my deep passion for education reform.
