As an ERP Application Support, my role is act as a first point of contact for most IT related inquires.
- Perform User Setups, grant access to business systems and other related ERP activities.
- Provide IT Support to all our internal employees who uses ERP tool(Infor Distribution SX.e tool).
- Communicate with employees or vendors, either face to face or over the phone and help to resolve issues facing in ERP tool.
- Assisting our internal employees to complete the invoice, purchase and any warehouse order by using Infor Distribution SX.e tool.
- Provide and manage security functions to all our employees based on their role.
- Identify and resolve issue related to SX.e tool using AIX.
- Updating missing product line, buyer and vendor information or any cost corrections requested by other teams in SX.e tool.
- Acted as a point of contact on status of EDI transactions to all our vendors and customers.
- Generate weekly report of all Inventory, returns of all branches using Power Bi .
- Provide technical support for the employees work remotely with the help of Parallels RAS.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation using confluence and directly report to the manager.
- Provide Emergency on call support on a rotating schedule
