• I have been involved in developing, sustaining and growing restaurants operations in Canada, Middle-east and India.
• I have done what it takes to create collaborative work cultures where all the stakeholders were thoroughly invested to work towards their individual and company’s goal. 
• From leading the in-flight commissary and catering operations for Air Canada to managing restaurants and catering outlets in middle-east serving multi-ethnic clientele and then to be part of the flagship White Spot Dunsmuir since the pre-opening phase I have had a well-rounded tenure in the industry. 
• In my most recent position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with Gateway Casinos I continued to spread the service excellence regime among all the outlets just by providing the needed tools and resources to the teams where they showcased their best of Service attributes. My focus for the last two years has been on building teams to perform at their optimum which generated record breaking top-line revenues.
