Natalia Baciu

My name is Natalia and I have 35 years old. I'm a mom of two young boys, and a wife of a devoted partner. For the past 5 years I worked as a Program manager in aerospace field. I have experience in administration with a degree in public administration services.

Throughout my career, I've noticed always been good with numbers and planning.

Now, I'm looking to continue my career in management and be able to combine my work duties with family ones.

• Develop an effective execution plan for each project.
• Support the production team in the industrialization of new products
• Contribute to the ideation process of selected projects with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assume day-to-day management of the R&D engineering team
• Support and train R&D engineers

I have a degree in Law at University oh Moldova and a Certificate of higher studies in public service administration at UQAM
