I am a relational Gestalt Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO. I use various techniques in my therapy sessions including somatic therapy, internal family systems therapy, and a client-centered approach. I work within a trauma-informed framework and have experience with adults suffering from a myriad of conditions including, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and autism. I also have experience working with youth and children in psychoeducational contexts. Above all, I am compassionate, experimental, non-judgemental, and curious.
