Hello! My name is Natalia, and I'm a current student at McGill University studying International Development with a minor in Communications. Maintained clean and organized dining areas, accurately processed payments, collaborated with team members during busy hours, and resolved concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
I also worked as a published reporter for a co-op for 2 months where I researched, interviewed, and wrote articles on a variety of local topics, displaying strong organizational and communication skills. Also, managed deadlines efficiently, demonstrating excellent time-management and scheduling abilities.
I was an Assistant swim coach for 6 months and I Managed a team of 25-30 swimmers, fostering a supportive and motivating environment. Also hosted team meetings and coordinated events, demonstrating excellent organization and leadership skills. I ssisted swimmers with techniques, endurance training, and skill development.
