Natalie Carusi is a dedicated Registered Nurse and healthcare leader with a passion for delivering client and family-centred care through inclusive, innovative, and evidence-based practices. In this role, she demonstrated exceptional skills in managing high-risk maternal and fetal/neonatal clients across antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages, including experience in perioperative settings.
Throughout her career, Natalie has been actively involved in fostering collaborative environments and professional development among healthcare teams. She is known for her excellent communication, critical decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, essential in promoting positive patient outcomes and efficient working environments. Natalie is also well-regarded as a mentor for novice nurses and nursing students.
Looking ahead, Natalie is dedicated to advancing her knowledge and impact in leadership, education, research, and system optimization within healthcare and community settings.
