- All Tattoo Artist needs; booking flights and hotels for out of town guest spots, updating their business licenses/insurance, being aware that their BBP/health and safety courses are up to date, ordering all shop supplies and maintaining relationships with different supply companies, assigning shop cleaning duties, basic supply inventory, being aware of tattooers schedules for scheduling volunteering/podcasts etc

Parksville Tattoo was the first tattoo shop that we opened and were proud to have a 5 star google review and many loyal clients. Ownership duties including meeting with the health board yearly, as well as random visits to ensure that we're going above and beyond in cleanliness, meeting with tradesmen for shop maintenance, meeting with the landlord etc. Additionally, I planned and orchestrated two separate fundraising initiatives for Parkville's Family SOS program that raised over $10,000, as well as different fundraising initiatives for the Royal Canadian Legion through tattoo shop fundraisers.

When I was hired, the location had been without management for almost a year; I was able to finishing hiring the team, including key holders and an assistant manager, and in 2 years went on to become the store with the top sales on Vancouver Island. I left the store so that I could move cities and open the tattoo shop, but am proud to have left with a really strong store and team as my legacy.
