I am a Product Designer with a background in customer service, management and merchandising. I redesigned the SoulDoodles website focusing on increasing engagement for illustrators worldwide.

Increased visibility of illustrator interviews and added search and filter functionality for easy browsing
Promoted the Slack group on different surfaces throughout the website to encourage signup that lead to a 10% increase in conversion

UX Designer FUNetix

December 2021 - present Volunteer

I have worked closely with the Executive Director and the UX Live Testing team to improve the user experience for FUNetix mobile app that helps kids learn to read in 12 hours.

Conducted moderated and unmoderated usability testing and interviews with families to create reports and obtain qualitative data on the productivity of the app
Analysed kids’ interaction with the app to improve reading skills for kids between 5-9 years old
Designed research plans and competitive analysis for the "English as a Second Language" app for kids

I redesigned the Flowhack website by prioritizing the product features and improving the user flow to decrease the bounce rate by 25%.
