I provided product recommendations based on their preferences and needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and sales. I seamlessly transitioned to a sales associate role during high-demand periods. At John C Lucas Landscaping Inc, I served as a Landscape Labourer and Machine Operator, ensuring customer safety through snow removal and performing groundskeeping and maintenance tasks. I also trained a colleague on equipment maintenance and safety. As an Assistant Basketball Coach at St. Rita Elementary School, I directed student athletes, implemented winning strategies, assigned roles for optimal performance, and resolved team concerns, improving the team's win rate and morale. Additionally, I worked as an Assistant Janitor at the same school, maintaining cleanliness and efficiently managing waste removal.
