- Was the primary developer on QTIPS (a multiple sclerosis diagnosis tool), which employed a line tracing approach in regions of interest in white matter atlases.
- Made a large performance optimization in a critical portion of the application, reducing time spent in the section of code from approximately 15 minutes to less than 1 second.
- Designed and implemented a novel pathfinding algorithm to find paths between specific points in a 3D graph. Allowed program to analyze user-defined white matter tracts, and output correct MRI brain image graphs.
