As a seasoned UX Designer, I have a keen interest in immersing myself in users' environments to deeply understand their preferences and challenges. My approach involves crafting products that not only address their problems but also enhance the overall user experience. Throughout my career, I have successfully led multiple project developments, covering both web and app design, from inception to completion.

My collaborative approach includes direct engagement with stakeholders, and effective communication with project managers, scrum masters, fellow UX/UI designers, testers, and developers. This holistic involvement ensures the creation of well-rounded products tailored to meet the needs of end-users.

I have over four years of diverse experience in UX/UI, ranging from startups to well-established companies like ING DIRECT. In addition to my UX/UI roles, I've gained valuable insights into customer expectations and needs through face-to-face interactions in customer service. Transitioning into marketing, I've further honed my understanding of user perspectives.

Recently, I've taken on managerial responsibilities, leading both client success and user experience design teams, allowing me to gain valuable insights from a broader organizational perspective.

I graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Arts and Technology. Additionally, I obtained UX/UI certifications from both George Brown College and Ladies Learning Code. These experiences not only equipped me with a solid foundation in UX/UI principles but also provided me with valuable skills in working with platforms like Wordpress.
