Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the automotive, oil and gas, shipbuilding, and offshore industries.
Skilled in project coordination, quality assurance, and core automotive tools such as APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
Demonstrated experience in using problem-solving methods such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D,5Why, Cause and Effect Diagram, Pareto Chart & different lean tools such 5S, Poka – Yoke, Kaizen.
Broad knowledge of mechanical codes and standards, including ASHRAE, API, ASTM, ASME, ISO 9001, and IATF (TS 16949).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Catia, HTRI, PDMS, Solid Works, MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Python.
Expert in technical drawing interpretation and GD&T.

Provided final book documents including all drawings, test results, battery limits and warranty at the end of the projects.
Implemented a risk management framework by building a cross-functional team based on cost-benefit analysis and customer needs.
Compiled a record of lessons learned for the Turbo Compressor project's historical records.
