I am a project management specialist. My past 7 years of experience in this regard were in the IT industry.

During those 7 seven years, I had the chance to work with multiple cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a leading polymer manufacturing company toward the successful implementation of projects. Working directly on different projects, taught me how to explain technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders and use social skills such as team working, effective communication, and motivation to improve project performance. In different situations, my positions required me to resolve problems, dispute conflicts, manage changes, raise awareness, report project progress, improve business processes, and act as a project advisor.
