My experience of about 5+ years in the IT industry across different Multi-National Companies working towards building and testing client’s applications would be an asset to your company. I recently graduated from University of Windsor as a MAC student and worked as “QA Automation Developer (Student) Intern” at “BlackBerry”, learning and applying the advanced knowledge of software engineering along with the technical expertise I acquired during the past few years as a software professional in QA. Moreover, I like to spend time acquiring knowledge on the latest technologies through various online learnings.

Therefore, I am excited for this role as it would enhance my career prospects and provide me an opportunity of serving the organization with my analytical and problem-solving skills.

I joined the software industry, as soon as I completed my under-graduation and gained a few years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) where I learnt to perform requirements analysis & traceability, develop and execute the test plans, provide estimates, prepare test data, test scenarios & test cases, conduct impact analysis of change requests, raise & track defects, report project status, and identify the root cause analysis of defects leakage. Having worked in various projects which used different software development life cycles such as Waterfall, Iterative and Agile models in my professional career, I have a good understanding of the processes followed during the development & testing phases of a product.

I have polished my verbal & written communication skills while collaborating with different teams in my project through personal interactions as well as in documenting the project artifacts such as Document of Understanding, Play Back Deck, Test Plans, Test Strategies, Traceability Matrix, Status Reports, etc., gaining experience in MS Office Suite. I am also familiar with the Automation testing wherein I have designed, developed, and implemented data driven automation testing framework utilizing Java, Selenium Web driver, JavaScript, WebdriverIO. My proactiveness, attention to minute details and ability to work independently in this field has not only gained me appreciation from clients but also a double promotion in the early stages of my career.
