DevOps Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Set up CI/CD pipelines so that each commit a developer makes goes through the standard SDLC and gets tested well enough before it can make it to production. 
• IaC, provision of AWS services for Dev, QA and production environments
• Branch, tag and maintain the version across the environment using SCM tools like git.
• Create Ansible playbooks to automatically install packages from a repository to change the configuration of remotely configured machines and to deploy new builds.
• Create Docker images using a Dockerfile and works on Docker container snapshots, remove images, manage Docker volumes as well as setup Docker Host.
• Create and manage Dev and Prod Kubernetes clusters for the deployment of applications. Creating the various Kubernetes objects like deployments, pods, secrets, configmaps, ingress etc. 
• Manage the deployment in Kubernetes Clusters using helm and helm charts.
• Working knowledge of Python.

DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Established monitoring for micro-service base applications using Grafana and Prometheus
• Writing Manifest files with Terraform to fully Automate the creation of Production and Test environments in GCP/AWS cloud with high reliability, security, scalability, and monitoring from scratch-VPC, Subnets, Load Balancers, Auto-Scaling, IAM, EC2 Instances, RDS etc.
• Automate the configuration management, Disaster Recovery failover and routine operation tasks like patching, and upgrade.
• APM using tools like ELK, with shows real-time Logs and metrics of the applications.
• Have basic understanding of migrating large On-Premise database to AWS Cloud.
