My automotive experience pertains to my service advisor and supervisor roles. I have a plethora of customer service, sales and automotive diagnostic knowledge. My role at Mr. Lube introduced me to invoice creation, part sourcing and customer care such as service updates and recommendations.

My role as a supervisor allowed me insight Into the management and upkeep of running a shop/business. In this role I learned how to effectively manage multiple responsibilities at once such as training new employees , shop management, supporting employees, customer request/ complaint management and many more daily responsibilities.
