I have extensive experience in compliance and regulatory enforcement oversight fostered in both the public and private sectors. Over my tenure I have amassed and bolstered the following skills:
i) Technical skills in analyzing data, interpreting complex financial documents, creating presentations and reports for management/supervisors.
ii) Communication skills for work in teams, ably communicating effectively with my colleagues and external stakeholders. These skills also assist me in explaining complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
iii) Research skills, allow me to conduct effective deep dives into applicable laws/legislations, regulations and other compliance standards to aid in organization mandate and the history of compliance issues to understand how their company has responded to them in the past.
