Handle high-wage and low-wage LMIA matters, including employer requirements, recruitment, NOC selection, prevailing wages and supporting documentation, and prepare employer-specific, spousal open and IEC work permit applications, as well as study permit and other temporary residence applications.
• Prepare complete, review-ready application packages and conduct detailed file reviews for accuracy, consistency and completeness. Draft submission letters, letters of explanation, responses to IRCC document requests and extension requests, and address issues requiring additional context or supporting evidence.
• Maintain accurate, organized and audit-ready digital case files, including current status updates, document tracking and key deadlines.
