Nicole Korzeniak

My name is Nicole and I am currently a student studying Health Sciences at Western University. I have 3+ years of experience in customer service, specifically retail. I enjoy working with others and providing the best service possible with my quick learning, communication, and time management skills.

I am passionate about working hard to achieve my goals, whether it is in the workplace or life in general. I have a passion for hospitality and providing service and I hope to be able to work in the service industry in the future.

I spent 2+ years (2021-2023) working as a Sales Advisor at the retail company, Sportchek, where my responsibilities included working as a cashier, locating stock, greeting customers and providing them with help, etc. I also worked at Envy and Grace (2024) where there was an emphasis on providing top notch customer service, working at cash, fitting areas, etc. I also have a few years worth of volunteer experience which includes my time spent as an Aerospace Volunteer, an Assistant Soccer Coach, and a Babysitter.

In these roles I have been able to develop a variety of skills including communication, time management, learning quickly, teamwork, etc.

I completed High School at Banting Memorial High School in Alliston and graduated in 2023 with an official diploma. I currently attend Western University, and have been studying Health Science since September 2023. I intend to graduate in 2027 with a Bachelor’s Degree.
