I have been a veterinary technician for the past 20 years. The position of a Veterinary Technician requires skill, dedication and compassion. The ability to prioritize and time manage is a must to be successful in the veterinary field. I have developed excellent customer service skills working in this field for over 20 years. Although we treat pets as our patients all interactions occur with the owner and thus have allowed me to establish the ability to serve with pride and passion.

Before I started in the veterinary profession, I held the position of a data entry technician. I am able to type 56 words per minute and I am comfortable using Microsoft Office.

I am an enthusiastic, conscientious individual who believes in good work ethics, open communication and professionalism. I am a self-starter capable of operating all procedures with little or no supervision. I also work well as a team member and I am always available to assist co-workers. I have the ability to multi­task and have excellent time management skills. I hope to improve my knowledge and experience through your company.
