Role: Process Guide
- Guiding the Associate if they have trouble in getting work on the scanner.
- Assigning the pending/Dwell batches to the Associates on Priority basis.
- Coaching the Associate regarding Pick Quality like Wrong ASIN, Rejects, Pick short
- Making FPY reports at the end of day on hourly basis.
- Investigating bin if multiple items are missing and updated it on ICQA Tracker.
- Coaching the Associate regarding False Short.
- Maintaining report of the TOP offenders in WRONG ASIN and Pick Short.
Role: Order Picker
- As an outbound picker I used to pick items as per the customer requirement.
- Making sure the item has 6 side check for any visual damage before shipping to the customer.
- Preparing the order and stacking it in the cage properly in a safe manner.
- Dropping item in amnesty bin if found on the floor.
- Dropping the item in the Damage bin if the item is broken or damaged before shipping and marking bin location on the scanner.
