- Architected and shipped a complete full stack mobile health application independently, using React Native and Expo for the client, Express.js for the REST API layer, and PostgreSQL with Drizzle ORM for persistent storage.
- Trained and integrated a YOLOv8 computer vision model for oral image analysis, using Microsoft Azure to support model training, and applied angle specific class filtering at inference to reduce false positives on non clinical images.
- Designed a guided 5 angle capture system delivering real time on device feedback, resolving inconsistent framing and lighting in patient submitted photos and increasing the proportion of images usable for model inference.
- Built an insurance cost estimation engine covering 22 procedure codes across 6 categories and 3 income tiers, plus a clinic facing dashboard, a 7 category notification system, and offline first sync with server reconciliation.

- Analyzed Canadian Dental Care Plan program data in Excel to identify structural barriers to oral healthcare access, and presented findings to faculty and researchers at an annual research conference.
