As someone who has spent time working directly with the public in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, I have developed a appreciation for what it means to deliver a positive and personal customer experience. I am eager to bring that appreciation into a job where my passion for technology can come to life.

Waterslide Attendant at City of St. Albert (Present)

In my current role as Waterslide Attendant with the City of St. Albert, I work with a wide range of guests every day; from families, children, seniors, or anyone in between. My job has taught me that great customer service is not just about running of a script, but reading the moment, adapting your approach, and making sure every person walks away feeling like they were truly taken care of.

This is a mindset I push to bring to every interaction, and a skill I hope to bring into a more specialized, product-focussed setting.
