- Review and access electronic case files against correspondence received and flag any potential discrepancies prior to notifying the attorney (status expiry approaching, legal documents expired, etc.).
- Work on improving the efficiency of office procedures by monitoring and following up on email responses from attorneys and ensure that all inquiries are addressed within one business day;
- Providing a positive customer experience and always offering extraordinary service to clients.
