I have a diverse range of responsibilities spanning across different domains within the company. I am heavily involved in formulating company policies, participating in managerial discussions to enhance organizational culture and growth, and providing support to clients by addressing the queries.

The role also encompasses generating leads and online bidding through various portals, drafting proposals and agreements for new customers, and assisting clients with business plans. I was involved in marketing campaigns across different channels and play a significant role in brand development and implementation.

Additionally, I handled performance management systems, employee grievances, and engagement programs, along with end-to-end recruitment processes and employee onboarding. Also, managed various HR-related tasks such as client and vendor management, payroll, statutory compliance, and placement activities with college TPOs. Also, worked closely with the VP of Sales and co-founder, ensuring smooth operations across multiple areas of the company's functioning.
