• Reviewing daily cash and monthly NAVs and making sure the bookings are in compliant with SOC1 controls and in accordance with GAAP
• Assigning/delegating and communicating priority tasks to staffs
• Reviewing Management fee, performance fee and waterfall calculations
• Reviewing the simple financial statements prepared by staff and preparing the financial statements for complex funds
• Communicating with Auditors and assisting them with their requests
• Reviewing client and investor reporting prepared by staff, including any Ad-Hoc requests received
• Reviewing investment valuations done by staff and communicate any discrepancies with client
• Preparing quarterly regulatory reporting – including Form PF, AIFMD and PQR
• Performing AML and KYC for new investors

Post Degree Diploma in accounting
