ON SITE EDUCATION AND LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

• Planned and coordinated large concerts, competitions, rehearsals, festivals and special events for thousands of students - including student band travels to Singapore, New York, and a two-week tour of Australia to perform Music.
• Led the coordination of venues, technical riders, insurance, ticket sales and refunds, ticket collection, created show flows, set up and tear down, seating maps, activity stations, silent auctions, food trucks, moving trucks, photographers, food and appreciation for volunteers, sound and lighting technicians, Covid-19 safety plans and logistics. Coordination of 250+ students, 30+ teachers, volunteers, sponsors, media, celebrity musicians before, during and after rehearsals and events.
• Planned and coordinated international music examiner tours of BC including, travel (flights and car rental), accommodations, food, pick up and drop off, created exam schedules and acted as day-of assistant.
• Responsible for event reports: ticket sales, demographics, income/expenses, media attention, pre and post event planning and outcomes. Responsible for social media posts and report, volunteers, sponsor and business mentions as well as problem solving and implementing solutions.
